EXCITEMENT BUILDING OVER KAUFMANN PRESENTATION

Doug KaufmannThe Lakeshore Guardian is thrilled to announce that Doug Kaufmann and his associate, Kyle Drew, a degreed chemist, are traveling from Texas to Harbor Beach to talk more about the link between fungus and disease. Everyone is welcome to attend this FREE two-hour-long presentation titled Healthy, Happy & Fungus Free. The presentation will be conducted at the Harbor Beach Theatre, on Thursday, November 2, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

According to Kaufmann, topics of controversy and discussion will include the link between fungus and autoimmune diseases and how diet and lifestyle changes play a role in the journey toward better health. Kaufmann and Drew will also provide information about supplements versus pharmaceutical drugs and which really treat fungal conditions.

If you or someone you love is afflicted with serious disease, this free, educational presentation may be the best two hours you've spent in your journey toward better health.

Doug Kaufmann is a nationally recognized author, lecturer and television and radio show host, with more than 30 years of experience in diversified health care. In a recent interview, Kaufmann stated, "I have been on a 35-year study of the etiology, or root cause, of autoimmune diseases." Through his involvement in research and clinical work, Kaufmann discovered almost all autoimmune disorders are actually fungal conditions. He went on to say, "Fungi emit a poison called a mycotoxin, and these commonly impregnate human tissues. You have undoubtedly heard of these mycotoxins, but perhaps not by name. Alcohol IS a mycotoxin. Antibiotics ARE mycotoxins. Mold in our schools and office buildings CREATE mycotoxins in our lungs. As these disseminate throughout the blood stream, they mimic every disease from asthma to cancer."

The importance of Kaufmann's discoveries has made him passionate in helping others on their journey to better health. Kaufmann has written several books, and his success with his television show, Know the Cause!, has catapulted him into the homes of 50 million people. Self-syndicated, Kaufmann's Know the Cause! television show can be seen on Sky Angel, Faith, Dish Network, Healthy Living and the Men's Channel among others.

Kyle Drew is a degreed chemist who left a career in the pharmaceutical industry to pursue the cause of disease. Along with Kaufmann, Drew will expound on the similarities between cancer cells and fungal cells. In one of Kaufmann's books, Drew writes, "Doctors…provide only three treatment options for your cancer: radiation, chemo, or surgery. But what if you didn't have cancer at all?"

Also scheduled to travel with Kaufmann is Bill DeWeese, Kaufmann's set designer and light and field camera coordinator. According to Kaufmann, DeWeese was the only camera man allowed into the Pentagon on 9/11 after terrorists crashed the airplane into the building. During the lecture, DeWeese will be available if people wish to give on-camera testimonials.

Harbor Beach Community Hospital encourages healthy living and will have a representative on site to share information about their Polar BodyAge™ system. A Polar BodyAge™ assessment will tell you what your body age is compared to your actual years. The Polar BodyAge™ tells you how many years you can take off your BodyAge™ score and gives you a plan to create a younger version of you.

Connie Wolschleger, Public Relations Director for Harbor Beach Community Hospital, stated, "We're trying to reach those people at risk for heart disease, and we'll be passing out coupons to take a FREE BodyAge™ assessment." The assessment takes about a ½ hour to complete at the hospital and includes physical assessments and health risk appraisals on things like nutrition and physical activity. Those individuals interested in this free Polar BodyAge™ assessment will need to schedule an appointment at Harbor Beach Community Hospital.

The excitement continues to build within the community as health enthusiasts patiently await Kaufmann's presentation. Mike Rick of Harbor Beach had this to say: "Having read Doug's Q & A format in The Lakeshore Guardian led me to purchase his books and watch his Know the Cause program on DISH satellite.

"I believe that Doug Kaufmann is years ahead of the medical profession with his vast knowledge of fungus/mycotoxins and it's negative impact on the human body. Knowing the root cause of sickness and disease can have a long term positive effect in the recovery of diseases.

Doug Kaufmann's approach empowers anyone to make the necessary changes in lifestyles for a more balanced and healthy life. Having the opportunity to see Doug, Kyle and crew in person at the Harbor Beach Theatre on Thursday, November 2, at 7 p.m. will be a unique and rewarding experience."

Harbor Beach resident John Fitzgibbon is also excited about Doug Kaufmann coming to town. Fitzgibbon has worked in one capacity or another in the medical field since 1959 and had this to say: "I've been reading Doug's articles in The Lakeshore Guardian for about eight months, and what he says makes perfect sense to me. I jumped on the Phase I diet wholeheartedly and experienced die-off, but after a few weeks I felt pretty good. I read labels now; I check everything…and I don't indulge on things like I used to. I plan on buying some more of his books, and I'll be looking for his autograph. I think Doug's right on a lot of this…I am favorably impressed by his work!"

Kaufmann encourages any doctor interested in mycology, the study of fungus, or in the root cause of cancer or diabetes to attend. After the presentation, Doug Kaufmann and Kyle Drew will address questions from the audience. "I hope they (the audience) go away with knowledge. Anybody…with cancer or heart disease really needs to come."

Doug Kaufmann and Kyle Drew will be conducting a presentation titled Healthy, Happy & Fungus Free! at 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2006, at the Harbor Beach Community House, in the theatre. If you want to get well soon, please open your mind to the fungal link and learn the cause of your disease. Kaufmann's presentation may not only change your life, it may just save it.
