Johns Hopkins
Update on Cancer

by Dr. Timothy Grondin

Dr. Timothy GrondinHi Folks: Let’s get right to it. The folks at Johns Hopkins are pretty smart boys and girls. After all the years of telling us that chemotherapy was the only way to try and eliminate cancer, they’re changing their tune and telling us there’s another way. Here’s what they’re saying now.

Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells don’t show up on standard tests until there’s enough of them. When they tell cancer patients there’s no more cancer cells in their body after treatment, they mean the cancer cells are below detectable numbers.

When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

When a person has cancer it indicates the person has nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetics, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

To overcome the nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

When the body has too much toxicity from chemo and radiation the immune system is compromised or destroyed, hence the patient can succumb to infections and complications.

Chemo and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant. Surgery can cause cancer cells to spread.

An effective way to battle the cancer cells is to starve them by not eating the foods the cancer cells need to thrive.

Cancer cells feed on: sugar, milk, caffeine and anything that creates an acid environment.

Milk causes mucus production and cancer cells feed on mucus. Coffee, tea and chocolate contain caffeine. Cancer cells like it. Meat, particularly beef and pork, create an acid environment; cancer cells like it.

Is it any wonder we have too much cancer in this country?

The best way to battle cancer and to avoid it is to eat 80 percent veggies with a little chicken or fish. Avoid the above list and supplement your diet with quality supplements that I’ve talked about in previous articles. Most notably iodine, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and selenium.

Additionally: Do not microwave your food in plastic containers. This releases Dioxins into your food! Dioxins do cause cancer.

Yours in health
